- MBMekell-Jon Banks6 days ago1.0The staff that was working was very professional, however they would not let me or my wife use the restroom after we had completed our order. We were told that the restrooms were out of order. So my question to them then was where do you use the restroom at? Then the cashier directed me to the subway that was next door. I don't know why businesses and establishments do this? I've seen an increase in certain establishments conducting business in this manner ever since covid. Even if you are a paying customer and willing to tip certain restaurant staffs will not allow customers to use the restroom that is on site. I feel like this is poor customer service and also stains the experience that was had with the Establishment that you're trying to patronize.
