- MMMApr 4, 20263.0First of all, asking about the "atmosphere"? Lol. Not impressed. 1st visit to a 5 guys. $11 cheeseburgers that leaked grease all over my front seat on the way home. Buns were completely smashed and soggy after a 5 minute ride home. Maybe use larger pieces of foil so you don't have to ruin the bun? Way too expensive for mediocre food.

We orded a half an hour ahead and we still had to wait for our order, the place wasn't busy. The fries we greasy and limp, yuck. And the burger was a hot mess. It was a larger version of a Wendy's burger. Absolutely nothing special at all. We have it one more chance, but we will be going to in-and-out burger from now on.

There were some technical difficulties with EZCater and I called so many times it was annoying but they were so helpful and always answered my questions and accommodated order changes/additions. The day of pickup they had everything ready to go when I arrived and helped me load it all up. The food was delicious, the toppings were fresh and it was a delicious lunch. We will 100% be using Five Guys again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them, this team is amazing!

So I called the store. They can't do anything so they gave me a support number to call. Was on hold for 21 minutes. The only thing I heard was your call is very important to us blah blah blah but, nobody answered. Therefore I'll never try Five Guys
