No clean place to sit, drink station is sticky and melting ice on the counter. The staff is less than engaging or approachable. I have yet to meet a manager or shift lead. 5 guys is expensive and don't give me a reason to return.

Double check your order before leaving because the management team won't do anything to help you afterward, but at least you'll get an email from Lindsay stating that "the District Manager is addressing it with the staff."

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
