The milk shakes also wasn’t even close to blended enough, I couldn’t even drink it through the straw. Someone needs to step up and make a change cause this is inconsistent bad quality 5 guys

I know that's not going to be accurate, so I take my time, do some chores, then leave, probably 20 minutes after my order was made. I live 5 mins away. I get a huge line and no order. I go to King's Supers, still no order. 45 minutes later, after waiting in line, I got the food. I am not angry, I just think maybe pass on online orders for the next few months since this is a new location.

It's most likely because it's a new opening and all the employees were trained properly and haven't had time to get lazy with it yet but I'll take it for now! It was the best 5 Guys I've had in years since they got really big
