  We found a dead fly in our food and when told the manger she said it couldn’t be in the food and didn’t believe us they also didn’t not change out the food after been told, tables we dirty and there was dog hair all I’ve the rugs

  Do staff get paid by how much food they don’t give out? 11-14 6:30pm the line server acting like he couldn’t give me a full scoop of anything. Then when I pay with cash they say we don’t have change right now as they hand me back $7 and just keep my $0.89 in change. Say something before hand not when you’re giving me my change back. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back. Hope they go bankrupt and have to shut down soon.

  I have given this Chipotle three chances now. The first time was just a week after they opened. There was not a clean table in the whole restaurant, behind the counter there was food droppings everywhere nothing was wiped up. I left the first time thinking, okay they just opened they're getting their stuff together it's going to take some time to work out all the kinks. I go in a second time. This time I order online. My bowl was missing half of the ingredients I asked for. When I went in and asked them to fix it I got nothing but attitude from the girl behind the counter and the manager. Then today we went for the third time, thinking it has to have gotten better. Boy was I wrong, dirty dishes stacked high, countertops and tables not wiped down, and food mixed together because of sluppy serving. It's absolutely disgusting. Plus the young male manager is incredibly rude. If he doesn't like his job or did not want his job he should not have taken it. This place needs to make a change quickly or it's not going to last long.

  Good lord. I ordered through the uber app around 5:38 and it said pick up at 5:59. I live close so I swung by around 5:56. By 6:25 I was STILL standing in the restaurant waiting for my food. It took at least 20 minutes before some even acknowledged I existed and asked me what my name was. There was 3-4 other people waiting for their orders too, two of them about 10 minutes longer than me. They produced THREE take out orders in the 29 minutes I was standing in the store. They said, “we got busy and ran out of food.” Really? Is that why you kept churning out drive thru food and walk-in food? I could have walked in and been out of there 15 minutes faster. They handed the other people cards for a free entree as an apology, I got nothing. You deliberately chose not to make the to go food and prioritize the drive thru, awful customer service. At one point multiple employees just stood there at the line doing nothing as it got less busy. Maybe they could help? Nope.

  We ordered a large side of queso and they filled it up HALF way, if we’re going to pay so much for queso at least fill it up, they act like it’s coming out of their personal checks, the food was also pretty bland and soggy lettuce. Waited in the drive thru for awhile and our food was sitting on the rack the whole time they just didn’t look properly.
