- ABAnnie BlossomFeb 28, 20261.0The drive thru has a completely illogical design. The place to order is around the back and no one sees it so they drive up to the window and order there. It took 25 mins for them to serve the two cars in front of us so we drove off and went to McDonalds. Not exactly fast food.

In town on vacation and stopped around 11:00 this morning after snowmobiling to grab some food for me and my family and the guy was rude and acted like he hated his job. I left it alone because it was Christmas. Stopped this same evening to grab my son some food and it was the same rude guy! Worst customer service! This guy is in the wrong industry! My kids asked for a frosty this morning at 11:00. They came back to the table and said that he said no. That it wasn't frozen. Asked for one for my son this evening in the drive thru at 6:00 and he said they were cleaning it. The frosty thing isn't the issue. It's the way he speaks to people! Do better!
