I left it alone because it was Christmas. Stopped this same evening to grab my son some food and it was the same rude guy! Worst customer service! This guy is in the wrong industry! My kids asked for a frosty this morning at 11:00. They came back to the table and said that he said no. That it wasn't frozen. Asked for one for my son this evening in the drive thru at 6:00 and he said they were cleaning it. The frosty thing isn't the issue. It's the way he speaks to people! Do better!
