  When you pay for a large but gwt a half full carton with a bunch of burnt fries. Sooooo disappointing! I will quality check before I leave, EVERY time.

  Orders have been correct with special requests. Once they were out of have the items I was trying to order but she was upbeat and apologetic.

  I found the staff to be extremely rude! I ask weather they had anything gluten free. The person behind the counter did not know. Instead of finding anyone who might know, she referred to the nutrition data sheet. I informed her that the print was too small for me to read. I re-asked the same question. She gave the same answer, and directed me to the nutrition data sheet again. Still refusing to ask. She when back into the kitchen, while we decided. I overheard one person say "I don't have to tell them nothing, if I don't want to". I am an older fella, with certain limitations. For the staff to treat me or anyone with such disrespect is unbelievable! People like those need not to be in customer service. If they can't be bothered to assist, quit!

  My daughter had a hair in her food! The management is terrible! The manager Maria, had a dirty shirt and her hair was dishshoveled which that looked like it was her hair. It could be the other workers which looked just as bad with no hairnets. Maria told her coworkers to go to the back since my Mom took a picture to show how they looked to show corporate. We took the hair up there and she threw the bag with the hair back in my Mom's face. Maria proceeded to be so rude saying what do you want and was mocking my Mom saying blah blah blah. None of them had hairnets, I'm surprised more of our food didn't have hair in it! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THEIR FOOD IS DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY!!!! Everyone working this shift should be Fired! Which is being told to corporate. Which I had to goggle the number since Maria wouldn't provide it. I would give them a zero of possible! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

  To the girl with a nose ring working the drive-thru window You should have a better attitude You're in the service industry You were the most unfriendly person I've ever met in my life. I ordered my food and it cost me almost $27 and all of it was wrong cuz you were in a huge hurry and had a huge attitude do better
