- CMC M2 days ago1.0This place sucks when it comes to their bread!!! I have given the store, multiple opportunities almost and every time my bread is so dry and gross. It just crumbles apart!!! And I’m not talking about a toasted sub I’m talking about a regular sub!! The store on Fountain Mesa is far superior to this one!! Every time I try to give them a chance because it’s closer, they never failed to disappoint!! This is my last time!! Unfortunately, Doordash will not let you choose a different location!!! So I guess my number one choices Uber!!!

The employees are always friendly and apologizing for long wait times. Put in an online order 4/4/2026 @13:21Pm and left the store @14:09Pm. You cannot expect one employee to man the drive through, take 6-10 online orders, and also take the orders of people waking into the store all at once. Management needs to staff this location with at least two employees at all times or you will have customers leave due to long wait times. Do better management!

I called back to ask what was the number to corporate. Of course, she did not know what was the number to write a review. Of course, she did not know and of course, she did not care would never come back to the subway shop again. Customer service from this young lady that was on duty tonight, March 23rd was absolutely terrible.
