  I had a great experience at Sonic Drive-In. Layla was very friendly and provided excellent service. She made my visit quick and pleasant. I really appreciate her kindness!

  Hands down the worst sonic experience EVER!!! I ordered ONE shake, 30 minutes goes by and I call back saying about my shake, I was then told that card machine was down. 1. What does that have to do with my shake that hasn’t been made yet. 2. Shouldn’t that have been mentioned during the order or when you found that information out while I was sitting for 30 minutes. I was then told they would remake my shake and see what they could do to “help” me out, while I count out 6 dollars and 21 cents. ANOTHR 30 MINUTES GOES BY AND STILL NOTHING. So I left after being so disrespected. I went to Culver’s and they gave me exceptional service and a discount on their shake since sonic wasted my time. It will take a lot for me to come back which sucks because I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma and absolutely love sonic. Whole crew needs to be wrote up for being rude and Terrible customer service.

  Finally a friendly Sonic. The workers actually were respectful, prompt, and got my order correct. The manager here knows how to choose employees and how to train them, and needs a raise compared to every other abysmal location in town. I’ll drive further, just to avoid the others for this one.

  i ordered two master shakes for my girlfriend and i and both of them were missing literally all of the toppings. they tasted bland and they were both almost completely melted by the time they got to us like they were old. there was also half of the whipped cream that should've been. i'd definitely not order from this location at night because the night crew today clearly did not care about making the drinks correctly.
