  My food had a hard stone like thing in it. I spit it out and for a second I literally thought I saw a tooth. I don't know what it was but I couldn't stop feeling sick. I was driving home and had to pull over because I genuinely believed I was going to throw up. I'm always saying that I'm not going to eat mcdonalds anymore but this time I actually mean it. Ever time I even look at a sign for it I start to feel sick. The drive thu line took forever, the person taking my payment was really rude, and to top it off I had the worst food I've ever had. You always hear stories of people finding gross stuff in their food but you never think it'll happen to you.

  Please train your employees to be more polite if it's an issue on their behalf. I ordered food, did curbside, the employee bringing it out did not seem like they wanted to be there. She really didn't say anything, but forgot the drinks. My husband went inside to ask for them and she rolled her eyes and gave him the cups. Like, I am sorry you have to do your job but if it's something I paid for, I would like the item. Edited to add, noticed missing food as well. What is going on??

  Went inside and placed a to go order. Not a huge order, two happy meals and two burgers and fries. I waited over 20 minutes while others got their food. Finally went up and asked where my order was. Didn't even get a "I'm sorry" of any kind. Got my food and agon no apologies for the wait or even a smile. Got my food home and the fries were half full and my quarter pounder had a regular double cheese patty on it. The morning crew at this location is ok but the afternoon teenagers working are horrible. I won't be returning to this location.

  Ordered from this location... No drink or fries were included with order. Had it remade and delivered again. Still no fries, just more nuggets and burgers after having made it clear drinks and fries were the issue. On top of that, food tasted old (stale bread, funky taste to the food, even my 9 year old complained about the nuggets being fishy) they also somehow managed to ruin the drinks when I finally did get them. They tasted like they had no syrup. Extremely mismanaged. I like giving second chances and hate to complain, but every once and a while a place goes far enough to ruin my entire experience and leaves me feeling completely ripped off. This McDonald's has done just that, I will not be returning again.

  Question is how hard is it do quality control before giving a customer their order, especially when you have to make the customer park to wait for food? Items missing: 1 of the 2 sausage burritos, sauce for the burrito, and cream for the coffee. Check order, put all items in bag, check the order, then double check order, THEN give bag to customer. The manager(s) should do a little more training with the employees. With all the negative reviews, I’d imagine the manager or a trained employee (all should be trained) would be verifying before the customer receives the food. This is a reoccurrence, not just a one time incident. Food received was at least hot.
