My boyfriend and I went through the drive through today (9/25) at 12:45 ish and there was this individual working the drive through. My boyfriend got his food, and I just wanted to try the vanilla crème freeze (not the orange one because I’m not a fan of orange creamsicles anymore). Well we get to the window and I’m handed a freeze that has orange syrup in it… I ask if it’s just the vanilla freeze and she says (it’s the same thing). I say “oh… okay” kinda defeated but then I think, well why would they advertise two separate drinks? I took a sip and it’s overpowered with orange syrup. Even the receipt says “orange vanilla crème freeze.” So I pull up the app just to ease my mind and sure enough… they are indeed two separate drinks. At this point I just walked in and asked for the Vanilla one and showed a picture and the lovely gentleman there helped me. Kinda upset I wasted $4.51on an error that could have been rectified from the start especially since it was not busy at all, but I’m not one to cause a scene and tell someone how to do their job and be aware of their own menu items (though I’m trying to have a better backbone when it comes to things like this)…
