I asked them to have that vehicle pull aside so I could leave, and they refused, holding the entire line against our will. I said that I would call the police because they would not let me leave the line. The manager and staff had the nerve to scream at me and threaten to call the police on me for complaining. The manager stuck her jead out of the second window just to scream at me some more when I finally got through. Do not come to this location, because they believe that it's fine to hold people prisoner.
