  Can’t get help from the employees and I have a hard time believing they can read with how often they get my order wrong. Terrible staff and terrible management plain and simple

  The gentleman taking my order was very attentive and absolutely made sure that my order was correct before ever sending it to the back or before it got to me. Absolutely will return to this location.

  I'm from Colorado Springs and was down in Fountain picking something up so I decided to stop here, the guy at the drive-thru window was nice and my food was legendary. Best 5 layer i've had in months

  I love our Taco Bell everyone there is so nice. Thursday this wonderful lady helped me she was so sweet and I was having a bad day and just her happiness made me feel better. Never do I have a problem. Thanks to you all.

  They have a horrible system where if they mess up someone's food, they will make them block the exit of the drive through so noone else can get out. Even after you get your meal you could be waiting enough time for all of your tacos to get soft before leaving the driveway. It's funny because they have door so they could come outside but I guess it's more convenient for them to mess up door dashers delivery times and let people's food get soggy to satisfy the need to work less.
