She did stay calm and collected as she made a door dash order that was like 6 sandwiches before she got to me. Once she finished my order she told the person behind me that she had to make two door dash orders before she could get to her. Y'all lost like 10-15 customers who came in and left because she was taking so long. Now Im not made at the one girl but Jesus. Hire more people. Or have two people working in the store at all times. Why do you have only one worker at your dinner rush? Makes no sense. Y'all lost so much business and a bit of everyone's sanity.

It's a great asset to employ someone who is able to run the store seeming solo, while providing great customer service with a genuinely friendly attitude. She made a great spicy italian to boot!
