  i ordered two master shakes for my girlfriend and i and both of them were missing literally all of the toppings. they tasted bland and they were both almost completely melted by the time they got to us like they were old. there was also half of the whipped cream that should've been. i'd definitely not order from this location at night because the night crew today clearly did not care about making the drinks correctly.

  Usually when a facility such as Sonic card readers go "down" / offline it often creates a opportunity for internal theft and there needs to be an immediate review of the security çctv system and of every transaction since the card system went down. Especially all voids of transactions! 40+ years of loss prevention usually hold true, yeah sometimes I'm incorrect but less than 3% so far.

  Clocking out orders and forgetting customers isnt a good method of dealing with rushes.

  Terrible. Called 50 times to make a huge order for company employees and never answered the phone. Order to big to make on line. 0 stars 🌟 for sure lol. Big joke

  Customer service was phenomenal, slushy’s were not quite mixed up like usual, While receiving our food, mozzarella sticks were great, but then noticed my medium order of onion rings only had two onion rings inside. I was a bit bummed as those are my favorite. The price for everything was a bit outrageous as I Paid $33 for everything which was not a lot. I feel like taking your time and waiting a bit longer Can always make things a bit better instead of rushing and not giving people the stuff they pay for,
