My daughter and I were very excited to try the gyros so I went tonight to get us one each. I ordered the two gyros plus two cucumber salads. I saw them make my gyros and put them on the table ready for them to hand to me through the drive thru window. I then waited 20 minutes for the same worker that I watched walk back and forth for the last 20 minutes to come and tell me that he was still making the cucumber salads and if I could pull to the front. You really couldn’t have told me that 18 minutes ago? I told them to just give me the gyros and I didn’t need the salads. Also they have a worker there with their hair not pulled back but artfully arranged to drape in front of their face. Is it not standard to have your hair pulled back anymore? Is this no longer a potential health code violation?
At least the gyro was good.

The food has always been great and tonight’s service was incredible. I didn’t get the name of the guy but he went out of his way to make sure we got our food when uber never picked up our order. I’ve never had any issues here either. I will always come back. Probably going to make sure I do pick up now though because uber sucks.

I wanted to write this review to give a shout out to the amazing team that works at this location. My son is autistic and very difficult to get him to eat but he eats “JJ’S” EVERYDAY. At this point we go every day I feel like I should work there. The staff wrap his sandwich with the original wrap because he didn’t like the pickle picture on the new one!
This location is doing it right and know you are all so appreciated!

Used to eat here almost daily. My daughter got what looked like a moldy sub and came to show them just to politely give a heads up. I even said that it could maybe be the pan they used leaving a residue even though it looks like mold. One lady, who looked like was the manager, rudely dismissed it and walked away without even giving me a chance to speak. I wasn’t even asking for money back or anything. Still unsure if it was mold or the pan as we never had this issue before and have had well over 50 subs.
