- BWBrandi Wojcik3 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of place is this? For one, every time you go, it takes like 20-30 minutes to get a blizzard. Well, I went last night (thru the drive thru) and got some ice cream and when I got home, I just happened to see a Facebook post (posted around the same time I was there) about someone mentioning to make sure you double check your receipts as they are charging people tips that are not authorized by the customer! I instantly checked my receipt and sure enough a tip was added without my permission!!! This is STEALING. It makes me wonder how many times this has not only happened to me (I usually never ask for a receipt) but also how many others. I made a post on Facebook about what happened and I have 400+ comments from community members (so far) and a lot are saying it has happened to them before! This is horrible! I will never ever go back.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The owners are great people and love what they do so much you will catch them working right along side their employees. Best ice cream spot in our little community.

- DCDestiny ConnerOct 29, 20251.0Look…I’m not one to put bad reviews because I truly understand places get busy. However, I went tonight with my family, it was about 7:20 when we pulled into the drive thru. There was 3 cars infront of us already waiting to get their orders which is fine. We sat at the speaker for 6 minutes without anyone talking to us then the we were spoken to the person taking our order was in a rush. We continued to the window where we waited 25 minutes for our order of four items….we asked for a medium twist cone which wasn’t a twist cone. It was a glob of vanilla, then chocolate, the vanilla and chocolate again…they made that first and let it sit on the counter where it melted AND THEY FLIPPED IT INTO A CUP…then they gave use the wrong medium drink we ordered with no straw and only one blizzard came correct while the other one wasn’t at all what we ordered…for $32 I feel the service and atmosphere could have been a lot better.
