- AAAmyDec 29, 20251.0This is unfortunate because my family loves Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered food weeks ago and we got RAW chicken. When I called the manager made a comment that he thought they didn’t pack that. So he knew it was raw and it wasn’t thrown away. I asked for a refund the manager on duty said papers had to be filled out and approved which is an awful process. I have called multiple times to check the status the last person I spoke to said they thought it was approved but here we are and I still haven’t received it! The only reason we didn’t take the offer for them to fix it with another meal was because we had a baby sleeping so a refund should be easy and quick back on the card. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to just refund someone back. I want to be able to still be a customer but the way this is going we won’t be. I need someone to reach out and fix this. You can’t just serve people raw chicken!

All the best food in a BWW sports bar made for me to take home in under 5 minutes. I ordered ahead on the app and walked in, greeted with a smile and handed my excellent wings, and the best tenders I’ve ever had; most, juicy with this great brown sugar spice sauce. Try it, great place
