- BOBarrett Oram4 days ago1.0Why in the world is this location so dang slow!? Like molasses in winter uphill slow. 6 cars in front of us and it took over 35 minutes. No more than 2 drinks passed out, some singles, per vehicle and 37 minutes? Do better. This is a disgrace to the Oregon experience of DB.

Scuba and the app tells you to go pick up your order but then you have to wait another 15 minutes at the window for them to actually make the order and you can’t leave because you already paid for it online and you can’t cancel it so you’re just stuck there waiting at the mercy of the magic that’s happening behind the walls and you can’t see what’s going on and you really just wanna can’t see your order cause you’re late for work because they’re taking 15 minutes longer than the pick up time that was published in the app, but you’re stuck there like a prisoner

Needed up with an Amercano that was terrible. $10 wasted on a cup of brown boiling water... never ever going back.

One of the things that Stood out to me was the patients that he had , While I struggled to Place my order. I will definitely visit this location once again in the near future.

We noticed several employees leaving presumably for the day with new drinks that they made themselves that were full, one literally in each hand. When I asked what might have caused a delay I was brushed off with an attitude. This is not typical of this location, but it will be a long while before we come back. Very poor customer service from drive through and not worth the tip that I gave nor the price I paid for the drinks.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
