  Okay spot to grab breakfast. Heads up, if you want coffee with sugar or cream tell them you want it on the side, otherwise they automatically give you three of each in the coffee.

  The food was cold, the lady on the speaker just wanted to rush, and they missed my loaded hash browns but sure did charge me for them next time ill Def be going to Starbucks its literally across the street

  The manager of this location needs to train their baristas on drink quality as the drinks aren’t consistent. I was a barista for seven years and I order a simple latte. Half of the time I purchase here, I get a cappuccino instead of a latte because there’s too much foam. This happened today and I noticed it before I left the window. I mentioned to the employee the drink was light, she tried to explain foam to me. I appreciate it but again, I was a barista for 7 years, I understand foam in drinks. She remade my drink and it was exactly the same, essentially a cappuccino. I left and said it was fine because I didn’t want to wait any longer but it’s crazy to have baristas that can’t aerate milk properly to make a latte vs. a cappuccino (even after they remade it). The barista’s customer service was excellent however, she was very nice about me asking to remake the drink. Please train your baristas on the basics (milk aeration) so your drink quality is more consistent.

  I asked for 2 SMALL french vanilla LATTES but the register person rang me as 2 medium French vanilla coffees. When he repeats my order, i told him that i want 2 lattes. Then i saw he charged me for both coffees and lattes. Good thing i was still at the store. Also, the latte tasted weird so i told him i need them remake. They were looking at me like I'm crazy. They remade my drinks but they were not filled to the top. I understand how they might feel because i work at a Starbucks, but this is not the right way to treat your customer. I only had my phone with me so i asked for cash as my refund but they said they can't do it without a manager. I never had a good experience with this store. I rarely go there but they mess up my drink every single time but i keep going for the donuts.
