  When i arrived there was 4 cars ahead of me I sat in the drive for 1hour and 30 minutes when I was ordering my food the employee said that he couldn't hear so when I get to the window I gave the young gentle man my order one he didn't do my order right I let him know right away he then turned around to manger so I had to wait another 20 minutes after when the manger gave me my order I did ask him the chicken tender combo comes with the bread he said no so I got charged for the bread which it does not brother me when I get home the fires are cold the Sunday was already melted the chicken tenders were like a inch Iwill never go back there again

  If I could give negative stars I would... an hour wait for icecream?! Wild.. will not be going back to this location

  This is the worse Dairy Queen in Colorado Springs. Took over 30 minutes to be noticed in line, and heard people were waiting for ice cream an additional 15-20 minutes. Don’t recommend coming here staff had ugly attitude.

  I can’t believe how long it takes here. Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes. 😭

  Food is usually good but they really need to do something about that drive-thru. The service is so slow it clogs up traffic on the main road.
