  Nuggets as always are great 👍 but ever since they have changed their fries, I mostly eat 1-3 and toss the rest. In the future I will not order the fries 😞 SO sad they changed the fries!!

  came in to pick up order and was asked twice for my name, once by a manager , then no one brought me my order. instead they did a catering order and just left me standing there for 10 minutes .

  So I went to this spot and ordered 30 nugget and a few sandwiches I used to eat their all the time any ways I go to eat my food and when I tries to eat the nuggets the oil was not changed they where dark and hard same with the sandwiches and I ebed up sick so I send them pictures and told them the problem and they said thats how it supposed to be I said no I eat it all the time they wouldn't even remake my food its not like I asked for my money back fast forward Iy buddy just went their I told him not too and the same thing and he is sick now as well hard and dark so gross at other ones I go to their fine very good but the one on Mesa ridge I would not go to oh and they said they dont have to follow chick fil rules because there not owned buy them FYI watch out people

  Had a really bad experience with a worker in the drive thru, I could tell he was about to clock out or take a break but he completely rushed us through our order and pressured us to hurry up without explicitly saying the words ‘hurry up.’

  I honestly really hate giving Chick-fil-A such a crappy rating. The last 5+ times my family and I have done their mobile-thru we've either had a single item or once an entire meal missing, even straws were needles in a haystack most of the time as well. The other issue, and I believe this one is in dire need of attention. The drink lids, I'm not sure about the small and medium sizes, but the largest. The lids do not sit well on the cups themselves. I will pull out of the drive thru the slightest bump which in that area, (anyone in the Springs knows Safeways parking lot is horrid), the slightest bump knocked all 4 lids off and spilling some of the liquids from each all over my wife's lap. I've never seen this franchise at such a low it seems. I've never ran into these issues from a Chick-fil-A. I mean no disrespect, but it could be so much better.
