- JMJordan M.Mar 22, 20261.0I would give the service here 0 stars if possible. We showed up at 8:30 pm on a Sunday, mind you they do not close until 10 pm. The employees were very rude. I came in before my husband, and they said in a very rude way, “what can I get you” then once we started ordering he just threw our sandwiches together. The kid making our sandwiches was literally throwing the meat on the sandwiches and then back into the containers. When it came to the veggies on our sandwiches, we hardly got any. I asked for spinach on a foot long sandwich and got literally 5 leaves of spinach across the entire sandwich. He didn’t make eye contact once either. The other employee wasn’t helping him to make our 3 sandwiches either. Instead he was making sure all the chairs were up in the lobby. Then he was slowly and casually moving the booths and sweeping instead of taking care of the customers in front of him. We will not go back to this location as long as these two teenage boys are working. Such a disappointment.

Older lady couldn't even bother to add napkins to the order on the to go bag instead directed me to the napkins for dine in customers. I know the other customer was bothered by the laziness and lack of teamwork on behalf of the younger worker being taken advantage of. Even in training this isn't proper management.
