Older lady couldn't even bother to add napkins to the order on the to go bag instead directed me to the napkins for dine in customers. I know the other customer was bothered by the laziness and lack of teamwork on behalf of the younger worker being taken advantage of. Even in training this isn't proper management.

Tuna was missing veggies, chicken teriyaki was mostly onion and mayo, cold cut missing meat and had extra veggie that was not on the online order. What a absolute waste of money. When I asked for the drink and chips for the kid’s meal, they told us they put it in as a mini sandwich even we have already told them we need a kid’s meal. They refused to correct their mistake or tried to fix it, just incompetence. Will not come here to order again.

He was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. You could tell he actually cared about getting the order right he asked questions, double-checked my toppings, and was really patient throughout the whole process. The place looked clean, and he was working efficiently even though he had a few people in line. My sandwich came out great fresh, well-made, and exactly how I like it.
