Going here is like playing “Deal or no deal” you never know what stall the button is gonna work in. Went to 2 different stalls before finally giving up and going to Taco Bell. I’m sure the food is good here

Ordered a smash burger and didn’t get a smash burger. Got a normal burger with the smash burger adds. Very disappointed.

Seems like they're always super slow, regardless of how busy they are. Food has gone downhill over the years. The past couple times the tots have been pure mush. There have been many times where they take forever to answer the call button. Other times there's long waits for the dumbest things. It's a shame, used to be one of my faves.

I keep making the same mistake and trying to give this location a second chance. I'm done with giving them a second chance. First, it's a pain getting in and out of here. Second, most of the menu boards are broken and credit card readers don't work. Since there is no separate parking for employees half of the stalls are occupied by employee vehicles. They've further reduced the ordering stalls by dedicating some for just pick up of online orders. The outside is dirty and uninviting. The volume on the ordering speakers is turned up so loud you can't understand what the person taking your order is saying. Ordered a coney dog and was told they couldn't sell it because they had no chilli. Tried ordering a foot long chili dog with onions, (different trip), and was told they had no onions. I have ordered a cherry limeade and received basically the carbonated water with a little bit of color and no cherries or limes in it. This last trip I tried to order the Fritos chili cheese wrap and the girl taking my order had no idea what I was talking about and kept trying to sell me chili cheese fries. Even after telling her where it was located on the menu board she still kept trying to sell me the chili cheese fries. The food is mediocre at best but sometimes you just want a change. With a couple of grocery stores close by there's no reason they should be out of onions or chili. You improvise if you want to keep customers coming back. I have a friend that does shops for Sonic. I told her about this one. She said it sounds like one of the worst she's heard of. Not many are even as bad. The best thing that could happen to this location would be for it to close and be torn down. Small location but something better could probably be put there.
