Not impressed by pickup. If pickup is between 9 and 10 then the order should be ready by 9. Not by 10:45

Pretty solid store overall, employees are excellent, could have a little more variety and some of the common brands, only other issue is all the bars they put in makes you wonder how bad crime has been there so not a great feeling.

Only grocery store in town, so it's that or Kings over in Frederick. Prices are on the high side, but Safeway has always had higher prices through it's history. My biggest thing lately is that inventory is horrible. Dairy and Frozen Foods specifically have been scarce. Last month or so the same items have been constantly out of stock. Haven't seen Jimmy Dean sausage bowls in at least a month. Red Baron pizza is ALWAYS out of stock. Greek Yogurt is slim to none and the 30g protien Greek drinks have also been gone for at least the last month. Been living in the city for about three years and have never had inventory problems with Safeway. As of lately though, it's been frustrating. Maybe these items are on manufacturer backorder, maybe the store isn't allocating properly or maybe it's sitting in the back and inventory just isn't being properly replenished. Either way, it's frustrating and is leaning me more and more towards just making the drive to Kings. Additionally, you have had two self check out terminals broke for at least the last month. You guys need to step it up.

I was shopping one night around 9 pm and I had forgot my food stamp card at home so I left my bag with my groceries in it there and never returned that night. The next day my friend sends me a picture of me and my bag of groceries rounding the corner of the frozen food section. She said that her sister Madi who works at your store caught me stealing. First of all who is she sending that picture to anybody, saying I was stealing. Second of all if she had continued watching she would have seen me leave the bag there. She said I was walking out those doors straight ahead of me in the picture. Now you know as well as I do that those doors are locked at the time I was there and it is also obvious in the picture that I was not walking straight out those doors, that I was rounding the corner towards the registers. Since then Madi has followed me around the store every time I come in. Last night she was following me and my boyfriend who had no knowledge of what was going on said something to Madi about following us around and Madi as unprofessionally as she can be yelled out , do something, do something like he was going to hit her or something. Then she yelled out, in front of everybody that we were trespassing. Now nobody has EVER told me that I can't be on the property so my boyfriend said that nobody ever said we were not allowed on property. Now Madi may have told her sister, my friend, that I wasn't allowed on the property, but that was not official, as for her sister is not a Safeway employee with authority to 86 me. Madi has beef with me for personal reasons and it is so unprofessional of her to bring that to her job, let alone discuss it with anybody but me. Not even her sister. Now if Madi wants to keep this up, I will contact my lawyer and Madi can deal with him. She is being the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and if she doesn't stop I will contact my attorney. I cannot upload the picture but I can show you the picture. Rebeka Franklin
