Paid for delivery and when I received my pizza the bbq sauce was then just squeezed across the pizza instead of spread. Parts of the pizza had no cheese. When you picked up the pizza box the pizza was sliding around sounding like sand paper on card board. I then called to make a complaint and the guy that answered that phone stated that order said no sauce was selected for the pizza. I pulled up my app and went to orders. I then read to him the order that he was able to see also. I said it says no robust red sauce n place was the honey bbq. The guy then says oh I see it now, and also proceeded to say well I doubt that the pizza has no sauce. We then take the pizza up to dominos we stated that we wanted the pizza replaced. They guy takes the pizza and begins to make us a new one. The guy turns around annd ansked if this was enough sauce. I told him yes but can you spread it around . And his response was he didn’t have anything to spread it around with. That’s when I asked could you possibly use a spoon, and his answer was not that I would use for this. . So I said well then I don’t want the pizza replaced I would just like a refund. The guy then says well that’s just a whole process. I spend at least 200 dollars or more here a month. I order this same pizza all the time, from this location all the time and it has never been like this. I think people should not apply for jobs they don’t want to do. People work hard for their money, and shouldn’t have to be disrespected when what they pay for isn’t right. I find it very unprofessional and the negligence of customer service and respect to a paying customer is dis heartening. I will no longer order pizza from here. As one bad impression ruins it all.
