  Be careful at this one! After giving my food to someone in the drive-thru, I finally got my order after it was handed back and sat on the counter a while longer. My attempts to get my food were met with distrust and rudeness… not only did they lie to me about what had just happened with my food, they let it sit there for several more minutes while I had to prove that the order was mine, even though I had the app pulled up and showing them! My experiences with the manager there have never been pleasant as this is not the first time something like this has happened here.

  The food was good because it was made by one of the employees but the manager is not it, I was in there and this manager named Angelica was being rude constantly with an attitude and rude towards her employers and I’ve seen her do this many times before even once yelling at them to stop acting like children, and don’t get me started on the main boss Mitch because he was arguing with some employers and being very hostile and rude and approaching very aggressively and he made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsafe for me and honestly they should be reported because this behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable.

  Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Food was fine, but the wait completely defeats the purpose of fast food.

  I have been coming through the drive through regularly lately as I'm working close to this location. I get excellent service when one woman Is working the window but the other woman is not good. The other day I did not get a straw with my drink and knocked on the window several times but no one came. Today I got a bunch of mild sauce when I ordered fire, hot and mild sauce. When I come in there is never anyone else inside or in line on the drive through so it isn't because it is busy. She will give me my order and run off immediately. It's super annoying, I don't expect much, just what I ordered and a "have a good day" or "thank you".
