  Went in on 4/24 @5:00pm with my 2 daughters. We ordered 2 six inch subs, 1 kids and 1 foot long all combos. Staff was unfriendly & not helpful, acting like we were an inconvenience to them. I asked for a drink carrier and the young man at the counter, said Word for Word “I’ve never had someone ask me for a drink carrier before” they watched me and my girls take our things and did not remind us that we completely forgot our chips with the combo. I tried to call to get a refund but they never answer the phone.

  I’ve visited this Subway location multiple times over the years, hoping things would improve, but my most recent visit was especially disappointing. A simple request was met with a rude attitude, and when I politely followed up after it was forgotten, the response felt careless and unprofessional. Experiences like this make it difficult to want to return. I’d appreciate it if management could look into this and follow up, as customer service should be a priority at any location.

  What a complete and total dumpster fire of a location. Not sure who owns/operates this location but one would think they are going out of business. No chips except for Lays baked, missing half their meat selection, out of almost every fountain drink except for Stary and Pepsi Zero, no napkins and over heard they were out of a number of other sandwich items like eggs and sauces. The only saving grace was the young woman behind the counter was very polite. Will never come back to this location again.

  Tyrnan was really helpful. He was very patient and kind. He helped me out and always makes my sandwiches just the way I like them. Thanks a lot!

  The guy who works here was unprepared to open and then rude when he didn’t have ice for the drink he sold me.
