    Been coming to this Subway for like 3 years now, hadn't had too many issues in the past, an occasional slightly messy wrap or otherwise. But last couple times I've been in here have been fairly atrocious, they frequently don't read my make ticket correctly, giving me too much of sauce, skipping a veggie or strait up toasting or not toasting the sandwich, also consistently wrapping my sandwiches like crap now and this last visit was the final straw. My sandwich was straight up exposed to the air, not a foot from the floor on the pickup shelf, with WAYY too much of the vinaigrette, so much so that it was soaked through both wrappers, I didn't even get my 50% more meat and my girlfriend's sandwich got the wrong bread and was toasted when it shouldn't have been. Tried to contact them through the app/contact-us page & have received no response for 2 days, so I came in today & asked if there was anything they could do about that, although he was fairly polite the man told me I would've had to bring the sandwich in to be remade. I literally did a pickup order because I had very little time before work & regardless I paid for the sandwich & it's not my fault they can't train an employee, so getting another sandwich rather than them trashing/wasting the one they screwed up to make me a new one seems a lot more fair & valid to me. After reading other reviews I'm almost certain that all of the negatives about this order (including the lack of response to my online contact) were due to this being an "in-app/online" order as virtually all the positive reviews seem to be customers that order "in-store". As well as one of my sandwich's being heavily discounted through an "in-app" deal and the other being free with the new "Sub Club" "4th one's free". Definitely wish I hadn't given a "Sandwich Artist Tip" as this was elementary level "artistry" at best. Unfortunately, as others have stated, I suppose I will just have to drive to a further Subway that I know has better service, or stick with the higher quality sub places like Silvermine, Firehouse or Cheeba hut... sad to see em fall like that.

    Between rude customer service and incorrect food, this was a very disappointing experience. I called with a quick question about menu options and was met with unnecessary attitude. Our order then arrived with every sandwich un-toasted despite clear instructions, including a meatball sub that was barely warm. Cold meatballs were the cherry on top. I hope this location improves both service and attitude.

    I ordered online through the subway website. I received a track your delivery text stating Door dash was delivering our food. Which is fine. However, when I attempted to track it the link didn't go anywhere. And the website didn't show an order for today. We grew concerned as we just dropped $50 on sandwiches. When I called the restaurant directly to confirm the order we placed was received & payment was received the woman on the phone was so darn rude. She wouldn't let me form a complete darn question! "I don't know, i don't know, i don't know" was her every answer to my incomplete questions. She did say your order is just sitting here. Welcome to my question. And when I attempted to asked about how doordash got our order she stated "we don't have anything to do with that, we don't interact with doordash." She didn't want to hear the question or my concern. My issue was their site was down, the app is down and there's no way to track it unless the website is up and running. I said I'll just call back if it doesn't arrive. Call ended. I then received a call from another employee at subway, he stated "your order had been picked up" i thanked him for calling proceeded to try and tell him there's an issue with..... He cut me off burst out with "subway gets the order and they place a delivery request to door dash". hmm that's not what the other employee said. He sadly had the same rude demeanor, short tone & didn't let me finish a thought, ask a question or inform them that the site & app are not working properly. It's a helpful skill to listen, don't run over the customer who's relaying a concern as it's their money that's lost if the system fails. LISTEN and then proceed with the conversation & maybe if you hear a full phrase there's an answer there. That's a skill learned in Kindergarten. Don't interrupt & listen fully when others are speaking. We paid over $50 and we wanted to know our food was coming. What was the reason to be so short & rude? The woman literally said they weren't busy! Don't treat customers so rudely, then have another employee call and be just as rude. I do appreciate the 2nd employee for calling and saying our order was picked up. Had he listened, the experience would have likely been turned around and this a positive review & a thank you. But nope. You guys are rude. Time for an employee training session.

    I didn't enjoy have and server with no power to interact with a human and no care for his job and with pants down to his knees and anger issues if you don't leave a tip
