  I work 3rd shift so sometimes I will have to come in here and pick up a burger and some fries. The staff was rude and when I placed my order, they made it seem like it was such an inconvenience to make me a burger. I don't know who their manager was but seems like they might need a hug because I don't think they like their job.

  Always make sure you get all your food before driving off. Two times this month I didn't receive everything I ordered.

  The service was awesome, very polite, attentive and seemed genuinely concerned. However they were so busy it would have take at least another half hour for it to be "fixed". But I got what I ordered (sort of) there was no cheese or onions which I specifically requested in my foot long chili dog, very little chili and the order was repeated back to me. Also ask that my onion rings not be cooked hard yet more than a few were so difficult to eat. I will say that they were in fact very busy. But I would rather wait a little longer in the beginning and get my food correct, rather having to wait even longer by sending it back. I have not found a decent Sonic in a very long time. And they use to be the ONLY place to get good onion rings. Now that all seems to be a thing of the past. Like roller skates and reasonabley priced good food. 😐
