Most employees here are super fast and kind! One person in particular being a tall slender white male. Maybe mid 40s is the hardest working employee there! He’s always taking orders and helping customers constantly and fast! Helping make food when they need the help. I would guess he’s a manager if not he needs to be! He works night shifts. Now my recent experience with this place wasn’t so good. That’s why I’m giving one star right now. There’s a white slender female with red hair that’s clearly dyed. She looks mid 40s and has a higher pitched voice. Usually takes orders a the drive thru window. I was picking up a delivery through the drive thru window. This night the line was SUPER long, which happens at this location a lot when she’s running the drive thru. Someone two cars behind me began honking their horn over and over and over once I got to the speaker. Finally when this lady asked who I was picking up for I told her and drove up to the window. Once she handed me my food she was EXTREMELY rude and told me “do not honk in my drive thru line again!” Then shut the window on me when I was in the middle of trying to tell her it wasn’t me honking and was trying to tell her who was actually honking. Ever since this night she has been pretty rude to me and any chance she gets she’ll avoid having to help me when I’m picking up delivery orders! I’ve come here quite a bit for deliveries and never once was rude to her or anyone at this location. So to be accused of suddenly being rude after 100s of times picking up orders really got to me! I tried calling a few times to speak to a manager or someone above her incase she is a manager but no luck on being able to speak to one. I just wish she would have asked me first if it was me honking before she snapped at me and started treating me horribly ever since. 🥺😕

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with an attitude, got to the window and looked away for a good total of 2 seconds for the employee to make a rude comment about how I am bad at maintaining eye contact, mind you this is 2 in the morning at a fast food restaurant after I have been in the gym the last 2 hours bad service for no reason I don’t expect the greatest service from a Taco Bell at 2am but this was just a frustrating interaction.

Every SINGLE time me and my boyfriend go there they ALWAYS forget things. We go there at the same time every night and it’s a repeating problem. Fix it, your fast food it’s not that hard.

They didn't open on time. I was in the drive thru for ten minutes after they opened, and nothing. I drive up to the window, and they ask me to come into the lobby to order. As soon as I do, no words they just point me to the self order kiosks. Absolutely not, No way. Give me a person to take my order. Ridiculous.
