  I’ve had many bad experiences at this particular location. 1 night I came in to pick up a door dash order and waited for 45 minutes ( I was on my 30 minute lunch, ordered beforehand). While I was waiting for my food I watched the kitchen staff dancing around and talking instead of actually cooking. I was also 1 of 6 people waiting for food. That was the first bad experience. Then tonight I went through the drive thru again on my lunch, I tried to order at the menu board but I could barely hear the cashier because the music playing inside was concert level loud. I pulled up to pay for my food and got back to work to eat and found out that I paid and then got the wrong food. I would have checked it at the window if I wasn’t in a rush to get back to work. I guess I’ll have to just go to another location from now on. This one is ridiculous.

  Waited 30 minutes inside for my food, I then asked and the person at the counter said they would remake it. I then waited 30 more minutes and asked again, and the person at the counter said we will make it now. 1 hour of my time waisted at tacobell. If I wanted to wait an hour I would've gone to one of the many restaurants in Fort Collins with food that actually tastes good.

  This is the tacobell to go to if you even bother with this restaurant. The one over at 4100 South College Avenue took over an hour for a taco, a cheese quesadilla, and chips. Lied multiple times why they messed up the order by giving the wrong taco, pressing the quesadilla so hard there was no cheese in it, and leaving out the chips. Was threatened by a employee when I asked for the managers name. None of the employees there wear name tags so they think they don't have to tell anyone their names either. The young girl that was the manager on nov. 2 at 8pm was mocking customers and pointing and laughing at them even ran to the back of the kitchen to do a little dance with her thumbs in her ears stating " she's going to call the cops, and that she doesn't have to serve anyone she doesn't want to." All in all that makes this taco bell far superior in every manner to the one at 4100 S college ave. Not to mention this store is cleaner, professional, and none of the tacos I've ordered from this one have ever been wrong, missing, and even made almost to perfection like abuela made it most times.

  Slowest service ever preformed at a taco bell ever. The drive thru oporator couldnt seem to understand my order so i went inside. If I knew it was going to be a 30 minute wait and hadn't already ordered inside I would have left. They make food service pick up and drive thru none stop totally forgetting about in lobby guests. I understand my order was large but holy smokes should have just suffered through the drive thru.
