  Once again waiting for 20+ minutes to pick up a dash order the overnight girl is a terrible employee and waste time on purpose.

  The workers repeatedly laughed at us and refused to pay attention to us. They purposely looked and pointed at us and kept on running around the kitchen doing everything but their job. They also forgot items in our order and when we asked they purposefully took longer.

  Employees are very kind. Some help customers right away. Most employees during the night shift don’t help quickly at all. There’s a few always busy texting on their phones. They also allow homeless people to sleep in their lobby at night and give them free food. One specific homeless person I see every night comes in and gets free food every single night and always is sleeping in their lobby. I thought this was a fast food place not a hotel or homeless shelter? This definitely makes me not want to get food from here.

  Genuinely what is your deal? You work at Taco Bell you are not in the army, no one is making you work there. Screwing up people’s orders on purpose and adding DOUBLE of something they didn’t ask for is incredibly rude. I ordered my food without tomatoes and you added extra and completely covered my taco in sour cream with a bunch of tomatoes. It was soggy and I couldn’t eat it. I’m incredibly allergic and I’m not exceedingly wealthy as to keep order food to accommodate your screw up. It’s fine to not like your job, but you guys need to seriously grow up. Do better. Stop acting like you’re on the front lines of a war because you have to do your job and make a crappy taco. I’m not looking for quality I’m looking for a bad taco that’s made the way I asked for it; it doesn’t have to be good. I know what I’m in for. I have cancer and this really made my night super bad. I hope you’re happy man.

  Hands down the worst experience in fort Collins! How this place is still open is beyond me. I guess the owners just don't care about quality of food and service anymore. Unbelievable incompetence and just the WORST customer service
