What a complete and total dumpster fire of a location. Not sure who owns/operates this location but one would think they are going out of business. No chips except for Lays baked, missing half their meat selection, out of almost every fountain drink except for Stary and Pepsi Zero, no napkins and over heard they were out of a number of other sandwich items like eggs and sauces. The only saving grace was the young woman behind the counter was very polite. Will never come back to this location again.

This is happening more and more at Subways. They seemingly aren't equipped to handle online orders AND in-person patrons.
I ordered 4 footlongs with chips and drinks. Waited the 15 or so minutes until the app said my food was ready. Go inside to find one employee in over her head with a line of 7 people waiting to order. I patiently waited, understanding her situation. Once everyone else was served and through, I approached for my food, only to discover she hadn't even started my order. When we finally got our food and walked out the door it was 45 minutes from the time I ordered. We then got back home 15 miles away only to find that she shorted us an entire footlong and got another sandwich completely wrong.
Other restaurants seem to have a system in place with employees who handle online orders and employees who handle in restaurant patrons. Subway frequently is left with a skeleton crew to try and tackle the orders. I'm done ordering from Subway.

Please read the reciept when its an online order. Toasting is simple. Yet because it wasnt cant get any refunds from uber eats on bread being wrong. Is it petty? Sure, but its the way i eat my sandwhiches. So tossed the entire sandwhich in the trash. 20 bucks for 1 sandwhich, gone.
