I believe there’s new management, in the last couple months it’s been much cleaner, better service, less homeless people hanging around ( they’re still outside but not in front of the store or inside) employees are nicer and seem to actually care what they’re doing. There’s still one kid I don’t know his name for sure as he never wears a name tag but he’s Hispanic and always wears an older subway jersey style shirt with glasses and if he’s alone the music is some cussing gangster stuff he’s terribly rude to everyone I stood in the lobby for a min before he came from in back to help me an all he said was “what do you want” everyone else is newer or very polite. I eat subway on average 3 times a week it’s inexpensive, an healthier than the other options on my way home this is my new go to store.
