I ordered at 11:08am for a to-go order, sat down to wait at 11:12am, and am finally leaving at 11:32am AFTER I had to ask what the eta was, and the kitchen said to the cashier, “I don’t know.” And she had to get behind the line and make it herself and put the bag together. She is fantastic- GIVE HER A RAISE. Everyone else get rid of. Lack of team and lack of team effort? Will always bring the rest of the team and the customer base down, as well. Do better. Also - I was the second person this morning to have to ask for my order - the girl before me has been waiting on a hot dog for 30 minutes…
