As we were placing our orders for two burgers the cashier asked if we were using the BOGO coupon that just came out. Surprised, I said yes and she said that it only applies if both burgers are the same, despite the coupon saying that the lesser value burger would be free. It was obvious that this had been coming up a lot, and in fact while waiting we say another customer with the same issue. She says that this was brought down by corporate and that she agreed the wording was sus. Strike 1 (though not on the cashier, as it was apparently out of her control). Strike 2 is that my wife asked for onion to be added to her burger. Got home, and no onion. And no notation on the receipt that onion was to be added, so this one is on the cashier. Strike 3 is that while waiting we heard another customer ask for no cheese on his burger. The cashier yelled back to the kitchen to say no cheese and the cook's response was "If I remember." Seriously??
