I called the next day to have them delivered to her house instead and the woman I spoke to was so helpful! It happened to be on Valentine’s Day and despite being probably their busiest day of the year, she assured me she would make sure they we’re delivered ASAP even if she had to hand deliver them herself. I got a text from my friend about an hour later that she got them and some Ferrero chocolates thrown in complimentary. Such excellent customer service you don’t often see these days that I just felt compelled to leave this review. ❤️
