Last week I was in starbucks to get my daily coffee. I'm waiting in line and didn't seem like anybody was working. So I waited and some rude lady Kayla walked by and said, it's closed, they called in and no one's gonna help you. I told her it would be nice if someone would put a sign here to let everyone else know that there's not going to be anyone here instead of making customers wait and figure it out themselves as I told her that she just turned the other way and started walking away. By then, one of the starbucks workers walked in and let me know that she was called in to work the shift. I didn't hear what Kayla told her, but you can tell that she was very rude to her. The starbucks worker kept apologizing for the rudeness.I encountered, but I told her it wasn't her fault.Sometimes people like that shouldn't be working retail or anything to do with people. If they can't control their attitude. Also I want to mention that a couple of days later, I wanted to talk to the manager to let him know what i encountered he was on the phone and continued to talk away. He knew I wanted to talk but he didn't acknowledge me at all so I couldn't address anything with him . I guess if you have a very rude employee. It goes with the territory with a very rude manager. The only reason I go to that safeway is for starbucks they got the most outstanding, beautiful ladies, that work there. I want them to know and acknowledge that they are the most hardworking ladies that i've come across and they listen to what you want and make my coffee delicious!!!! ☕️

I love safeway they have alot of good deals and selection. They always have things that some of the other stores don't carry. The staff there has always been very friendly. I love their chicken salad more than all the other stores, not sure why it just has a certain taste that I prefer. My grandma also preferred safeway, I remember going there as a child a lot. 🥰

This store has gone downhill ever since wine was put in. Not unusual in Colorado, but annoying. There are many categories that this store has done away with and/or shrunk down to such a small space that they have no variety or they're constantly out of stock. I don't need a coffee shop either. I want groceries! Yes, it's fairly easy to access, park, and get around in; they have gasoline; but other than that, it's just not that great any more.

You're at work be professional. Need to fix that attitude ASAP

Had a pick-up order for this morning to be ready from 10-11. Got a text at 7:30 that it was already ready. Then a couple texts after saying an item was out of stock but I could chat to get a substitute and that the order was still in process. Tried that and was told I would need to call the store. So I did,, spoke with a manager who said they couldn’t add anything to the order. I would have to come in for the bread (she did comp me). Then I get the pickup and get home. One item was missing entirely that I was charged for, one item was wrong, and two items were either burned food or bad fruit selection. So I went back and returned one thing and got the missing item and ended up going to King Soopers for a couple things. All in all, super frustrating experience. The manager did not offer when I saw her in store to comp anything else after I told her what happened. I would strongly recommend against ordering pick up from Safeway. Just go in, but know they won’t be as well stocked as king Soopers. I understand it’s Thanksgiving and is busy but when I went to King Soopers, they had much better stock so I know it’s possible for a store to do better.
