The host says it's a 25 min wait. Half the restaurant is empty and over half the patio is empty but apparently they're short staffed. Apparently they don't want to take advantage of the opportunity to make more money per person. We went somewhere else.

Yumm.. I also ate at the Fort Collins location the other night, in person, and it was a great environment and really friendly staff... definitely will be a main staple of our diet up here in Fort Collins

Chips are too healthy and Colorado-y. Fry them suckers! Make em golden! Salsa needs WAY more charring. Your steak meat is undeniably amazing. The rest of the meats...not so much. Learn better marinating for fish and chicken. Bring in more flavors. Don't be afraid of butter and real oils. Prices too high for the flavor. Need to improve flavor or decrease prices about 20%.
