He kept saying how the phones were frustrating and he didn't know the system. He said he gave an additional $20 credit for the incorrect pizza. When I questioned him about the previous $10 credit he said he would have no way of knowing if that was issued. This was a very unprofessional experience. And where was the manager when I asked to speak him? Nobody could answer that.

I love the concept of a pizzeria, instead of just eating at home. However, the food is as I remember, just so/so. I got a meat "melt" through a T-Mobile deal. It was nicely seasoned on the outside, but the crust texture was just off. Too much meat (weird to say that, since I usually like meat) inside. Almost like eating a bowl of primarily sausage and ham. For the cost of typically $7 I can but a whole pizza at Papa John's and Domino's nowadays. I was looking at pizza prices for pizza hut and they're way more expensive than other pizza chains. Don't think I'll come back for a while. Staff was very friendly and I liked how they had a screen with people's names with their order status
