  Ordered two appetizers, 5 adult entrees and one child's entree as a carside takeout, plus 2 desserts. Was asked when they brought the food to my truck if we wanted bread for our entrees. I said yes, and when we got home there was ONE small (6 inches long) roll. For 6 people. Ok, we've got apps, no big deal. THEN both my and my teenage son's steaks were SO heavily seasoned, all we could taste was cayenne pepper. I had to take both steaks to the sink and rinse off as much of the seasoning as I could. The bottom of the sink was coated in black pepper and the water coming off the steak was RED from the cayenne. Even my daughter's steak, from the KID'S meal was over seasoned. She couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. The chicken my grandparents ordered was overcooked and dried out. The blooming onion was soggy and over seasoned as well. Most of the food was barely warm I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and arrived ten minutes early to avoid the food getting dried out under warmers or getting cold from sitting there. The order wasn't ready when I got there (which was fine since I was early anyway) and I had to wait for it, so there is no reason for it to have been dried out and lukewarm. This was supposed to be a special dinner with my grandparents (who aren't able to get out to a restaurant due to health issues) to celebrate a personal achievement and not only could half of us barely eat what we ordered, those that could had food that was poorly prepared at best. Needless to say, we will not be returning any time soon. EXTREMELY disappointed. The servers who brought out our order were very nice and polite. That's about the only positive thing I can say about our experience.
