Bought a iced coffee before 11 am so I could get it for $1 as the promotion says. I was charged almost $4 and given a smaller size coffee than the many times I have taken advantage of the promotion. The lady at the front tells me that a latte is not coffee. So I didn't get the promotion. I am not happy at all with this. If you advertise something, give it to your customers. The sign literally on the front board does not show any exclusions as to what the promotion does not include. Both women continue to argue that lattee isn't coffee and said since they use a different machine it's not a coffee. Then I asked if I could trade the lattee to a large size of the promotional coffee. They said no. I paid $4 already, why not? They could only give me a medium of the promotion coffee even though it says any size for $1. Overall, verrrrrrry disappointed.

Left the paper/wax paper on the quarter pounder patty when they cooked it. Inedible. Two stars cause the hot and spicy and fries were good. Do better.

Order was wrong across the board. No customizations done on my sandwich, wrong drink, ice-cold fries, and I paid for extra sauce but got the wrong one. This has happened probably 10 times in a row at this location. Even got a Dr. Pepper instead of a Diet Dr. Pepper, so I couldn’t drink it. At this point it’s just careless.

Got a raw QPC, which they gave me 2 free meals for. Wish I just got my money back, but I took what they offered. Went there today for my 2 free meals and they mess that up too! Manager rings us up, because they only keep your name for a month. She honors it, which is nice. Then hands me a placard for eating there. 20 mins later, no food so I go ask if it's coming up. The order was in a bag in the window for 15 min. Take my bigmac out, and they forgot a burger on that one too. This place sucks! Took 2.5 months for me to get my free meals, won't go back to this one ever!
