  Did an online order at 9:30 am got to the store at 10:00 am my food was made incorrectly I called the store to ask if it could be remade, I was told that as long as I brought the receipt back I could get my food remade. When I went in to get my order remade I was told my order was not going to be remade and that I could have a burrito instead. They wanted to compensate my 3 egg McMuffins for 1 burrito. It was 5 minutes after breakfast had ended, and they refused to remake the order correctly. As someone who worked in fast food, I understand it but when you actively tell a customer that you will remake it but don’t when they arrive that’s absolutely ridiculous! I truly hope the manager here gets a talking to as she was the one who handled the whole situation. I now have to drive around finding a place to get breakfast because my sugar is so low. Thanks a lot McDonald’s.

  Logan is so nice and kind and cool. His communication was on point. We tried to tip him and he declined. So I’m writing this review so something good hopefully comes his way. Thank you❤️

  Many times when I use drive thru I’ll sit for long time without response then 1-2 cars pull on other lane and get service before me. Not sure if sensor is bad or they just don’t pay attention.Ive told them many times!! Also half time they serve fry’s taste like been in warmer for hours. I won’t use this location anymore!!!!

  I placed an order for delivery, and when it arrived, there was an item missing. I called multiple times, and got no answer. When someone finally did answer, they hung up as soon as I told them the problem.

  This McDonald’s has screwed up my order many times!!! This last order though is my last straw. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Once I got there the app said I was unable to enter a curbside number and told go inside. It took 5 minutes before someone helped and when they did, they argued with me and told me I needed to complete it through the app. I showed them the app and they still refused to give me my order until I finished through the app and they hardly could understand English wich I think was part of the dis connect. The app wouldn’t finish anything as it only told me to go inside. NOW THE APP WONT LET ME GET A REFUND BECAUSE AFTER I LEFT THEY COMPLETED IT!!!!! I want my money back. And this location needs some serious training.
