  I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes and sausage McGriddle and when I got to the window I was missing my pancakes so I asked where my pancakes where the lady working the to go window turned and started speaking Spanish to another lady with a vest on that lady came up to the window and said u did not order the pancakes with ur order I showed here the receipt and she said its not on here and the driver through guy came up front and said something in Spanish and she looked at me and said u did not order that I said to the driver through worker I asked what all came with the big breakfast and Pancakes he said I told u and I said I told u I’ll take one he said yes so I asked the manger who did not identify herself off she can fix my order she said I’ll have to refund ur money and charge u more I said ok and I asked her to make sure my pancakes where in the order she said I’m just going to refund your money and walked away when she came back she did not say anything other then hand me my money and walked away and the drive through lady shut the window I called twice asking for the general manager but the first time I was told she wasn’t there and they hung up the phone the second time I called they finally told me her name which is Danielle and I asked when does she go in the lady on the phone said she comes and goes. There is no work ethics, they treat customers like crap. Obviously the Gm is not there to keep the employees in line. And idk if they where that desperate to hire that manager who was so disrespectful so sad I would not recommend this place

  I ordered 2 sandwiches and then proceeded to wait 22min at 10am with not more than 2 other people in the lobby. When I asked if they knew where my order was someone walked around and found it sitting on the back counter. Food was completely cold and when I tried asking the same lady about it she just turned around and walked away. Lived near this location for years but after this I will never return

  Better this last run - the food was hot, and the staff was attentive and didn't seem to rush us. It wasn't very busy for a saturday night, but otherwise a way better experience than last time- So updating as promised!

  My oder was received cold and 45min late. When I opened it there was only one burger when I had ordered 4 items. Then, I ate the burger cause I was hungry, and started throwing up everywhere. The burgers are munky meat. DO NOT EAT THEM.
