We waited several minutes at the kiosk and received no help so pulled up to the window. Again we waited several minutes with no one coming to the window to assist us. When a second car pulled up behind us, also waiting, my husband knocked on the window, then we waited some more. Yes we could see a staff member inside, however no one even came to window to acknowledge us and let us know why it was taking so long. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. We were looking forward to taking donuts home with us however after feeling disrespected, we left, by then there were 3 other vehicles in line behind us and the car directly behind us, followed us out with no product purchased.

I got 2 pink minis and took a bite and the day old donuts from a grocery store taste better. That and he got my husbands' order correct but entirely missed my maple donut. Everything always feels made with care, not rushed. I’m so glad Krispy Kreme came to Fort Collins. They may be newer to the area (only here a few years), but they’ve already become a local favorite in my book. Amazing team, amazing donuts, and great vibes every single visit. 🍩💛
