  Easy to go through the drive through once you find the right parking lot entrance. The man taking orders on the speaker kept upping the qty, we corrected him but got 4 glazed instead of the 2 we asked for and got charged. So the upselling is ethically questionable. But overall it's hard to complain about doughnuts we'll eventually eat.

  I will not be visiting this store anymore, they charge you 60 cents more for the new donuts and all of the stuffed donuts are all under filled. All 6 of my donuts I got had about quarter size amount of filling in the in them. Service was great, I think 27 dollars for 6 doughnuts and 2 drinks is a lot when there is no filling. The preboxed doughnuts from Walmart have way more filling

  Have picked up doughnuts several times since this location opened, hopeful that the quality of the doughnuts would eventually be like the ones we used to pick years ago at Krispy Kreme. There were four employees doing various things when we enetered the store, they saw us enter and no other customers were inside or at the drive-up window. No one greeted us and we waited at the donut display case several minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. When our order was finally taken, the employee was very friendly and courteous. The doughnuts we were given were okay but tasted like they were "carry overs" from the previous day. Generally, all we received were very disappointing as was the customer experience.

  Showed up in the AM and got some of the new Halloween donuts, not too bad honestly, more importantly as we were walking out, they had fresh off the line glazed donuts just finish and got our attention to come back and have one on the house! Now that! Was the dream

  They should just go ahead and close the inside here between 10-11 on Friday Saturday. Even if you come in at 10:03, they have no hot drinks left and they act like it's a burden to serve you or even make coffee. The employees are loudly talking about how they want to go home, and clearly nobody wants to be here.. I mean, your open for almost another hour? Why are all the menus black and half the menu unavailable? I understand if you want to go home, nobody likes to work late, but it's supposedly open for another hour? Why are so many things already put away and close down for the night? Like I said I think they should just go ahead and close for that last hour if nobody wants to be here or serve anything to customers. Just my opinion though I suppose 🤷🏻‍♂️
