  I ordered for delivery on the mobile app and almost an hour later I didn’t see anything delivered and when I tracked the order it didn’t say delivered, so I called to check on the order. They were incredibly helpful and got a new order sent out to us. When the new delivery showed up it turned out the other sandwiches were out there already I just somehow completely missed them. Needless to say I was really embarrassed by my mistake, I still am haha. But they were kind and helpful and the sandwiches from here are always great!

  I really wish they were open longer than 6 hours a day. I know staffing is a problem, but 11AM-5PM doesn't seem like prime sandwich time and I think they'd be better off opening/closing a bit later.

  We placed a delivery order for a couple #12's and a cookie. Our order arrived "freaky fast", with a couple issues. First, they forgot the cookie. I called and they sent it to us with the delivery driver who brought us our initial order. No big deal, things happen. But then, I open my sandwich to find a short, dark hair, and avocado spread on only 1/2 my sandwich. Disgusting and disappointing. My husband's sub was totally fine though if that's any consolation. Not impressed.
