  I did an online order and put in specific requests and paid for the requests and they did not do them. Kinda disappointed especially from working in food service in my past years. I don’t enjoy for paying for things and not getting them. Other than that the girls on the phone were nice just upset with my paid requests not being fulfilled. Please be more diligent with this in the future :)

  "Freaky Fast," my ass! Im usually quite impressed with Jimmy John's delivery. So much so that I have their app. The most recent time that I ordered from this store, it took them almost a full hour to get me my food. Good food as usual, very disappointed with their. "Freaky Fast" delivery promise.

  Had to tip more then my sandwich which was only 9 dollars, since the delivery driver has no cash to give change knowing it was a cash delivery. very disappointed in jimmy johns this time.

  the best service, great sammys, nice people. all around 10/10
