You'll order ahead.. you know.. to save time, but they won't start your fries till you show up, so you'll stand there for 10-15 minutes waiting for the fries while your burger buns get soggy wrapped in foil, and they burn your fries while you wait. It's worse every time.

Never any issues here. Slightly greasy but managable.

For as much money as I paid for 1 burger and some fries it should've at least been edible. Burger was like pig slop. It was so bad the buns were running away from it. Not to mention the bread was smashed when I opened the nasty thing. I ened up taking the meat out of the bun and just eating that. The meat was excellent. The fries were good but man that burger was trash.

My burger was open, but I think the gentleman was training. Not terribly worried about it. The burger tasted amazing and the service was great! It's a classic!
