Mexican Restaurant
At El Diablo, our journey began in 2021 with humble beginnings as a taco food truck, bringing authentic Mexican flavors to the streets of Fort Collins, Colorado. Back then, we were known as El Diablo, and our mission was simple: to serve the best, most flavorful Mexican tacos to our community. Word quickly spread about our delicious tacos, made with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes, earning us a reputation as the go-to spot for Mexican street food.
In response to overwhelming support from our customers, we took the next step in our journey by opening our very first restaurant in Fort Collins. With a passion for delivering an authentic dining experience, our restaurant became a local favorite, offering what many consider the best tacos in town.
Fast forward to 2024, and our story continues to grow. We're proud to open our new location in Loveland, Colorado: El Diablo Taco Bar. While we continue to stay true to our roots, bringing authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to each guest, our new taco bar offers an expanded menu and a vibrant dining atmosphere. We're excited to share this new chapter with you as we keep serving up the flavors that have made El Diablo a beloved name.

I have heard all about this restaurant so I finally decided to try is this past Wednesday. I got a chicken burrito with red sauce. My roommate got the steak Fajita burrito with red sause. We also got the mole to try. My word I was not disappointed at all. Both burritos were huge. I should have taken pictures! All of the meals came with rice and beans. Both were delicious. We got corn tortillas with the mole and they were also sooo good. We plan to dine-in next time so I can try their margaritas! What a great spot!

As a certified home grown Arizonan who had a Mexican step mother and had tios and tias and an abuela... i could never find a place that could make carne asada like my tios or a good pollo a la crema......
Until....
This place would have made abuela proud 👏 the carne asada was perfectly seasoned the amazing slight char to it and the Pollo a la crema was perfect 👌 the staff was friendly and amazing and their house margaritas is on point! I will definitely be going back. I cannot suggest this place more. I would add a picture of the food..... buuuut uhhh we ate it all... this place also passed the beans and rice test (spent over a year around AZ tasting every restaurants beans and rice and this ones up there)

I didn't order in store I Ubered it. My issue was with the food though. Specifically I ordered dippable items. Each of them said they come with dip. It was the most disappointing thing opening up my meals to find a dolup of dip. I'll never order from here again. For a 100$ bill I expected more. If I just knew it wasnt coming with dip I would have just made my own when I ordered it.
Bad experience from me. Food was passable at best. Probably because I ordered things to be dipped. Not standalone items.

I thought I would give a try because of the food critics review. Boy was he wrong. The tamales with the green chilli and red chilli was horrible. No flavor at all, no spice at all. The rice seemed to me to be Chinese rice with red food coloring. Beans were watered down no flavor. If you like real Mexican flavors with your food, DO NOT GO HERE! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! 0 out of 10!

I am very saad to have to rate so low!! Last Friday we tried this restaurant for the first time. We received AMAZING service from Paola, refreshing drinks, and delicious food. Even festive music which created a fun atmosphere. Today we experienced completely opposite. We didnt even catch our less than impressive waitresses name. I tried ordering a sangria *same as before* she stated we haven't served that in a long time.. pictured below on menu* After reading the sign stating February specials I ordered a strawberry margarita. She says she doesnt think they offer strawberry.. food was cold and my mole chicken enchilada was red enchilada sauce. I asked her about it she claims "the owners make if different, and where she's from they are sweet too" music was not a fun vibe, as it was before.
