- KPKyle PrinceDec 10, 20252.0The only thing positive about this experience is that they have a new GM at the store because their employees don’t do anything to standard and every time I go in the coffee is atrocious and they don’t always do the same stuff with the sandwiches today in case they did not cut the sandwiches in half they just wrapped them up and said take them. I also don’t think the store has a cozy environment and it’s very much a get out of here after you pay us vibe. End note on the whole summary is that there is no consistency. Hopefully this new GM will improve that because otherwise I would recommend going to Starbucks because they’re at least consistent.
