  I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop, and Julia is a big reason why. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and professional. Every time I visit, she greets customers with a smile and makes the experience even better. Thank you, Julia, for your great service and positive attitude!

  I was here this morning and I keep giving them a second chance And I come here because it’s closest to my daughter School, but this morning was a completely disappointment. The drinks look OK but the customer service was horrible. I am diabetic and one of the girls making my drink was talking bad about me, ordering sugarfree saying how someone is trying to save their calories and ordering soft top . With sugar free flavorings I felt really bad and almost wanted to drive away without my drinks!!making fun of somebody who’s diabetic is not OK. Also in the past. I’ve always struggle with them. Getting my drinks made properly. Every time. I asked to change something. They make it so poorly and they always have an attitude, especially one girl that is on the shorter side, and she wear a lot of Makeup. She’s always very rude and always makes fun of customers.

  This makes me really sad to do, but I’m really frustrated. I put in a mobile order for lobby pickup not knowing that the drive-through is open but the lobby wasn’t and I had walked there. When I got there, the doors were locked and I had to wait 15 minutes till I finally just walked through the drive-through because the people in the lobby wouldn’t open the doors. By that time, my drink was cold. So they had the drink made knowing that it was a lobby pick up order for when their lobby was closed and they saw me waiting there, knowing that there was an order and they just sat there like there was three of them, they could’ve told me to cancel the order or to go through the drive-through but no, they just sat there and then they looked at me crazy when I walked through the drive-through to pick up my drink that had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I love Dutch Bros, but it’s expensive and I can’t afford to be paying five dollars for cold coffee at 6 AM. I’m not mad at the workers because it’s not their fault the app allowed scheduled pickup before their lobby opened. I am just frustrated because I tried calling and it wouldn’t go through and there was no way to cancel with the app. My big issue is with the system that allowed this and then prevented communication to resolve it.

  Literally don't think I've ever had these people make a drink right, they just add random ingredients. Asked for a cherry coconut soda today, got cherry grapefruit instead. Once asked for a lemonade and got a redbull. They just put whatever type of tea in there they feel like also. It's your one job to make drinks.
