I ordered on their new order screens and 12 minutes passed and I had still not received my order so I went up to the front and they said they “didn’t get it” so then I told them exactly what I ordered. I walked to my bus since I was already about to be late and they gave me flavors I didn’t even ask for. Beyond upsetting won’t be back. If you want good service and donuts go to Krispy Kreme.
